Nawal Elkhawaga GmbH, Europa-Allee 2, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (“NAWA”) sells its products in its own name and for its own account. The version of these terms valid at the time of the order applies.

Sales are made to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB who are of legal age, and to entrepreneurs and legal persons under public law.

The presentation of goods on this website is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing checkout you place a binding offer to buy the items in your bag.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded upon receipt of that confirmation for prepayment or PayPal, and upon our dispatch confirmation for all other payment methods.

The contract language is German. The contract text is stored by NAWA but is not accessible to the customer.

All prices are in euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Duties, fees and taxes for deliveries outside the EU are borne by the customer.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To exercise the right, inform us by a clear statement — Nawal Elkhawaga GmbH, Europa-Allee 2, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, contact@nawastudio.co. Sending the notice before the period expires is sufficient.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used originally.

You bear any loss in value only if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within Europe in approximately 2–7 business days. Details are set out under shipping & returns.

Statutory warranty rights apply. Natural variation in cashmere, silk, wool and suede is a characteristic of the material and not a defect.

Pursuant to § 36 VSBG, Nawal Elkhawaga GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
