We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, place an order or contact us, and how we process it under the General Data Protection Regulation.

2. Visiting the site
When you access the site your browser transmits technical information to our hosting provider: IP address, date and time of access, requested pages, browser type and version, operating system, referring website and device information.
This is processed to keep the site functional, secure and stable. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Orders and contract
To fulfil an order we process your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, the products ordered, order value, payment method and delivery status.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes are processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Payments
Payment information is transmitted to the payment service provider selected at checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe, we process your email address to send studio updates. Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message.
6. Cookies
We use functional cookies that are necessary for the shop to work, and — only with your consent — statistics cookies. See the cookie policy for detail.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Germany this is the data protection authority of the federal state in which you reside.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, or as long as statutory retention periods under German commercial and tax law require.
