Shipping & returns

We currently ship within Europe, with international shipping launching soon.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We offer complimentary returns within Europe.

Please contact us before returning an item at returns@nawastudio.co, including your order number and the email address used for your purchase.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the last item.

To exercise this right, inform us by a clear statement — an email to contact@nawastudio.co is sufficient. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal.

As an independent label we produce in limited quantities and encourage mindful purchasing to reduce unnecessary waste. If you are unsure about size or fit, write to us before ordering and we will advise.
